If he runs, he's guilty, Q.E.D., or pretty damn close..........if he stays, he may or may not be guilty. The history of mining stock scams in this country has many examples of perps sticking around obfuscating in the hope that people's eyes glaze over and their attention wanders, for example New Cinch Uranium imagen.net (click on "Big Top, Sideshow, and Midway" and then scroll down to "New Cinch").

David Walsh has not been convicted in a court of law in this matter. Under our legal system, he is innocent until proven guilty, and quite rightly so, imho. It does not follow from this, however, that he should remain in control of company assets, in the opinion of an increasing number of shareholders.

It has been stated on the Bresea thread that David Walsh is the only human being alive capable of operating an exploration company in Indonesia. While I have serious doubts about the accuracy of this information, it is clear that nothing outside of a prison term would prevent Mr. Walsh from acting in an advisory role in that respect, should he in fact have anything of value to contribute. But control of assets? No.
