The 10 trillion is gone and spent on, I agree, largely a useless expenditure on needless wars in places not vital to our interests. To my knowledge they budgeted for this "off the books" so to speak so its not accounted for in regular reports of our deficit. Correct me anyone here if I've got this wrong.

What you don't seem to understand is that the Republicans break the bank giving to their rich friends on PURPOSE, so when the dems take over there is no money left for social programs.

So let's do the reverse, let's break the bank funding social programs so when the pubs get in they don't have money for nutso wars and to give to the rich!
