So far, in Michigan, there may have been ten thousand applications to the state.

A very very small percentage of the consumers in the state.

There are a large number of people that would qualify if they tried. Most will not. Instead they will just take their chances.

"a kid with a zit" Anyone under 18 has to have two doctors sign letters and they are not allowed to grow. The parents must do that. The parents must be the minor's caregiver. No one else is allowed to be a minor's caregiver.

So there is more control than you might think.

In three or four months we should have the first report out of the MDCH. There we should get a better picture about how many minor children are being registered.
