The secret of today's trading lies in the 5,700-share block that went off at 2:49 at the price of 5 3/16. Anybody's trade here? The curious thing about it was that 2 minutes earlier that price was the ask but when it traded it was the bid. If it was a sell, we had 30,300 buys and 43,800 sells. If a buy then 36,000 buys and 38,100 sells. My guess is it's a buy, because from 12:30 on, we had a lot of up movement, and 16,700 on the buy and 9,800 sold (excluding the mystery trade) within that time period. We had a little animation today, a bit of fireworks; I'd watch very carefully over the next couple of days.
