And ADTN misses earnings for the last few quarters and still hasn't got nailed.

You know why? MM's hold a crap load of ADTN and haven't had enough news and upward movement in ADTN to distribute their stock... so they hold and the stock stays.

MM's have fled PAIR, and when they were doing it last year they were buying ADTN. It was a hedge, thinking the younger company cutting prices would come out on top... but as Charlie said " ADTN has spent their load".

ADTN is going to get nailed one day soon.
