To some indefinable degree Hamas is dependent on weapons suppliers. The loss of Egyptian support and the rumored lack of Iranian interest and the loss of the Syrian flow, leaves them weakened militarily as well.

If that truly is the case then maybe the "Unity" government idea has a chance. Given Hamas's history though and ability to wriggle out of tight situations to survive to strike again puts this idea in the "iffy" bin IMHO.
