I have heard nothing. I went to the victory celebration last election on the citizen's initiative to overturn the cyanide ban for new open pit mines (it turned into a wake!) Our part of the State (SW) was pro initiative but we did a real poor job with the rest of the State. Last I heard was US Appeals Court would not take it and MT State courts ruled against them. I will be seeing a guy from DEQ next week. will ask him anfd get back to you. Gotta run Tom
