Yes, of course it would be politically impossible to fix the bill with the House as it is controlled by GOP people who mainly want to destroy govt. That was my point. If the Democrats can't turn that against them, then they don't deserve to be in power. The truth is, plenty of people like this law. Like the people who love KYnect but hate Obamacare, there are a number of people that are just plain confused. That is surely in part the fault of the administration for not "playing politics" or "engaging in theater", as they like to say. They are "above it all," they just want to govern and let chips fall where they will. Well, that is not complete BS, but it is mostly BS. You absolutely HAVE to do theater as president, and if you don't like it, you shouldn't be in the office, you should be an aide who prepares the white papers and talks to people in Congress and who does the gritty work. Nevermind. I'm busy. I have better things to do than rant here right now.
