Judy, I a curious about entry points as well. I had a target exit price in the upper 50s which would have signaled 75% sell point, but like you I think I am ready to add some more at this point. Nick, 36 looks good for entry, but I too was wondering why we should not look a little lower. If the market continues to look bloody, we could see signinficant drops but ultimately I think rates are going down in November. (This is odd, I know) We need to also keep in mind that valuations are about to plummet as people see in Y2K fears. I personally will be looking for bargins on Dec 2. I think we could see some of the lowest prices in a decade between Oct and Dec. 31. This does not bode well for short term if you are looking for a TSII run up, but for long term buy and hold it will be an opportunity. This is just speculation, of course. Good Luck d
