Yep Jean, it did. Crossmatch protests again.
Here is the link: I think Boi hit it right they are setting up to go to Court. They will lose this again. But they will have shown the Court that they have exhausted direct appeals.

However, if Homeland again confirms that IDX wins, which will be in short order, IDX has the right to resume shipping while the Court is deciding the final outcome.
