re: Wow. You called it. No way they are not going to approve it... they will fix it if they have to. Way too much at stake. But it is "interesting" that ten minutes after the polls closed every admin official in chorus said it was an assured "Yes" vote. And of course the media immediately agreed. The ink wasn't dry on the voters fingers yet.... John
