I agree. I thought Cassidy's argument about Roberts' convictions was right. But first we have to see if the full DC circuit court will take it.

Also, I would not be surprised if the losers tried to appeal to the full 4th circuit court. That would give the full court an opportunity to say that the three judge panel was correct.

Thus, if both full circuit courts support the subsidies argument, I don't see the SC ruling against them.
