It's one thing to bring the kooky posts in here and discuss them but it's another to deal with them in the original threads and I think that's where we need to deal with the kooks, inside the thread where the post originated. . . . . Are we ready. . . . or not?

Stan,

So far, no holes have been blown in our type/response system. But then it hasn't been field tested under live fire either. I tend to agree with you that it's soon time to move on out with it.

However, let's first discuss how to proceed. Do you have any suggestions on what the best approach might be?

For example, will we create links in other threads back to this thread as a reference to the post types and responses? One downside to doing that is the potential for attracting unwanted attention to this thread.

Another approach might be to first get an endorsement of our classification and protocol system from SI, and let them post the protocol if they sign off on it.

At this point I don't really have a strong opinion as to the best approach for implementing the system. Let's kick it around a bit.
