I am currently "on restriction" for the DLJ folks for basically the same thing. They are a bit touchy. While free riding is a violation of Reg. T, the entire trade made me less that 100 dollars. I don't think I'd ride them for less than 100 dollars.
I personally like Schwab better the DLJ, even though the commissions are higher. The people are more helpful and friendlier.
