Zeev, I've already got taxes counted in my model. I am assuming the same tax rate they paid in the 3rd quarter (close to 50%).

I still get close to $1.20 per share next year assuming only 30% growth in revenue (conservative?, they are more than tripling the size of their product line). And that also assumes no improvement in gross margin.
