Hardy:
There is no question in my mind that AXC will eventually
fly: The question is when? I dont know about the Quotron but I use
Worden Tele 2000 for charting and the TSV or Time Segmented Volume
which is supposed to be a segment of a Price Volume ratio is
negative which can be distribution related to Money flowing out
of it.BOP is postive as of yet but TSV is supposed to precede it asa signal.
