Ish, the most important thing, IMO, is the doctors. She needs to see the best there is. The best doctors don't work for hospitals, they have their own practices, except that faculty from medical schools run clinics in teaching hospitals. I think they have the best chance of finding a real specialist from the faculty of a teaching hospital, so if Edwarda is in a teaching hospital, and is seeing faculty, not residents, that's good. If only they knew what she had, we could help find the world's expert for her.
