Hello Confluence.

Great report thanks for posting it.

I absolutely agree with Vaughn that a move to the Johanesburg exchange would not help at all and would maybe hurt in the short term. This is a TSE 200 company after all and that does mean something. The diamond market is in a glut but has been showing some signs of recovery with rough prices firming up and the whole resource market may start to turn around as gold and oil are showing signs of life.

Klipspringer is a great source of cashflow but the political situation in SA is what is causing the undervaluation of the shares. Same with Camafuca which is probably given zero value. The big thing would be finding those elusive pipes on the Back Lake property. As I stated from my conversation with CJ he is very encouraged by the kimberlite fragments from the sonic drill samples. I wonder if these fragments are diamondiferous? I'm sure we'll get a report soon. One thing I forgot to mention about my conversation with CJ is that he said he is currently buying. I find this reassuring. I'm buying too as I can't see much downside risk here.

Regards,

Andy
