That isn't a "debunk" for someone like myself who doesn't believe the accountability of any such foreign aid to warlords. That's the big lie. Once your money goes out the door into their hands, it's gone, as far as the US taxpayer is concerned. The only ones who know where it really goes are the dealmakers on the front lines. The rest is b.s.
