This after hour news just came in --> Novellus (NVLS) 47.90 +1.40: -- Update -- Conference call ended. Bottom line: company eased concens and did not guide down. Mgmt reaffirmed Q2 guidance and 2001 booking estimate of $1 bln. Some cautious comments were made, but basically an uneventful call. Finisar Corp (FNSR) 15.05 -0.66: -- Update -- Provides additional guidance on call: Q2 sales to be $50-$60 mln which should allow it to get to break-even; Q3 sales of $70-$80 mln and EPS of $0.03; Q4 sales of $90-$100 mln and EPS of $0.05... EPS forecast for FY02 at $0.07 (current consensus is $0.12)... FNSR -0.05 Ulticom (ULCM) 28 +2.88: Reports Q1 earnings of $0.10 a share, $0.01 better than the First Call consensus of $0.09, vs year-ago earnings of $0.03; revenues rose 93.0% to $17.03 mln from a year-ago of $8.83 mln; see press release. Integrated Device (IDTI) 36.64 +0.08: Company warns for Q1; sees revenues of approximately $120 mln (consensus revenue estimate is $152.6) due to ongoing inventory reductions by customers; see press release.
