Yep, greed will get you if you let it. I position trade for that exact reason. I set a target, take it, and never cry.

You and my buddy from Windsor are the only two I know that actually sold out at the top of the market. He got transferred to CA, bought a house, watched it triple, TRIPLE, in four years and told his wife, "we sell this, move back to Windsor, and both our kids can go to university any where they want for four years". And she, being a smart woman said, lets do it.

And now he talks about taking a third of that gain and going back to CA and buying a similar house. Smart guy.
