I don't know what your point is. That everyone should live completely debt free? If there was no debt, there would be no residential real estate market to discuss here. Real estate markets are built upon debt. In Europe and the US, it has been that way for hundreds and hundreds of years. I have real estate debt. I sleep like a baby.
