Don't know anything about Strandburg. The method of estimating is a valid and accepted method--but it obviously makes a lot of assumptions. Dont know how people in the industry view this method. In short, I really dont know much about it. Maybe Fluidinclusion over on the Yahoo thread could shed some light as he is a geologist.
