I have read the pleadings of the referenced lawsuit against Oilex and Burditt. It makes for some FASCINATING reading! Anyone having any interest (past, present or future) in Oilex would be well served in obtaining a copy of the lawsuit and reading it.

In connection with the lawsuit, I heard from the "horse's mouth" about how Burditt was served with this lawsuit. It is also a fascinating story.
