She would immediately begin setting the plans in place and I am sure her goal would be to either become President as soon as possible or if she were truly evil as soon after two years as possible since thins might enable her to be twice reelected. By ten years in office she could probably gin up an emergency that would enable her to declare martial law, set aside the Constitution and stay in office almost eternally.
