Those who got computer skills 10 years ago have seen their jobs shipped abroad. It is not easy for a 50-year old to learn an entirely new field and at the same time taking care of their own kids' school/college expenses, health care expenses and on and on and on. Bottom-line: these IRA and 401k limit increases mean nothing to the average Americans. They are not able to say anything anyway.
