Hi John:

Schaeffer is still bearish.

On a separate note NAT is back in range. I'm not pulling the trigger since I'm trying to understand what the various scenarios are to oil supply and prices over the next 6 months (with impact on lease rates) as well as determine what the new floor in the stock will be. At this point I'm assuming the dividend goes back to the $1.36 annual (at least for next quarter) rate (current shipping rates are below the rate for BP to have to pay any additional hire).

The $1.36 gives a 10% rate @ current prices yet the stock can go to a 13.5% rate which pegs it around $10.

I'm wrestling with the 10% rate in the current interest rate environment.

Sorry to hear of a family issue. I hope for the best with you and the family.

Tim
