Now that the Sweet Bells of Justice have rung Ding Ding Ding and the reality of tonys verdict lma(zz)o has had time to sink in, I'm ready to have that talk you mentioned Bill. You perked my curiousity with your ever so present willingness to comment, this time about Marchese. In my opinion you're the nicer one of the webnode three. Maybe you, janice, jeff, or someone else will help me understand the truth . It was reported March 4, 2002 that janice rec'd $5 grand from Marchese for compiling posts, right? How was she remunerated; personal check, accounts payable, payroll, stock, gift or cash? I'd be curious to know how the transaction was recorded; $5 grand misc income with a 1099, earnings on a W2, or how about maybe a stock arrangement? Reviewing some background, I'm left to wonder more about her money making association with Marchese. His ostrich-skin cowboy boots weren't made for walkin' in 1999. lma(zz)o
SECURITIES EXCHANGE COMMISSION

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
A. Marchese is barred from association with any
broker, dealer, investment company, investment adviser or
municipal securities dealer; and

Looks like his ostrich-skin cowboy boots were made for walkin' in 1996 but his partner took the fall.

Janice was reported as saying she has nothing to do with the shenanigans, but a trip down Post Road on the SI JANICE SHELL LEGAL DEFENSE TRUST FUND thread shows a different story in 1999, and that AZNT named her, jeff and others in a COMPLAINT FOR DEFAMATION, LIBEL, AND TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE for a period beginning on or about August 20, 1998. Come on, man o man it don't pass the smell test - PU!

Wellll....you could read 16,000+ posts at AZNT, or you could just take my word for it that there's this crazy CEO who really really doesn't like people who ask questions about his company and its stock...

Don't forget, jeff was named in the same AZNT complaint,
another failure to pass the smell test - PU!

Thought maybe this might help you with the alleged short
position, from a post I wrote several days ago:
Just communicated with Rick Marcasse (correct spelling).
1. He covered Andy Mann's entire short...
2. ... which means Rick is now 1.8M shares short.
3. He's not buying stock...
4. ... which means NATC has nothing to do with him.
5. He's never been served with a court order...
6. ... which means he's not compelled to cover...
7. ... which means there is no short squeeze
He also has given me permission to quote him that:
"Mike Sylver couldn't run a lemonade stand."

P.S. Rick asked me if I knew which health food store
(chain?) in Nevada AZNT bought out a while back when that
company went bankrupt. Anyone know? Anyone also know what
AZNT did with their inventory?

Larry, what I see here is that in January of 1993 "Richard
T. Marchese... was indicted", but, in April of 1996,
"Richard Marchese's ostrich-skin cowboy boots are made for
walkin' - especially in Denver. The notoriously flamboyant
ex-penny stock huckster strode out of U.S. District Court
two weeks ago, probably grinning widely. He was acquitted
of nearly..."
The Government couldn't even bring this guy down and the
case took more than three years to resolve.
Also, the person I talked to spelled his name for me as
"Rick Marcasse" and had a California number. What evidence
do you have it is the same guy who says he has covered Andy
Mann's short?
- Jeff
P.S. Did you know that employees of companies who post on
chat boards such as this must disclose that fact?
