"The disk head industry is intensely competitive and largely dependent on sales to a limited number of major disk drive manufacturers and systems companies. The Company's top four customers accounted for 87.8% of the Company's net sales in fiscal 1996."

One risk of owning APM is its dependence on WDC and only three other customers. I think that WDC is about 40% of sales. Part of the bet here is that the relationship with WDC will hold.

Keep both eyes open.
