I spoke with someone I know 'inside' INPR. I asked specifically
"was Del canned or did he resign on his own accord" ? I was told that the official corp line is that they resigned. My translation to this is that Del was told by the board to resign or be canned. Rather than things getting ugly and compounding the boards ability to find a replacement they gave Del one last gift, a way to leave with some degree of respect. The CFO issue ? Who knows. My baseball analogy: If you have a catcher who only catches for a specific pitcher and you trade that pitcher, the catcher will usually go too.
