John, if I may add my 2 cents to this because it is of interest to me also.

I like to use Bol Bands along with moving averages and I prefer to view charts using the "BLACK" color theme under chart properties.

With this setting MA1 is RED: MA2 is YELLOW and MA3 is BLUE
while the Bol Bands are YELLOW with a RED MA.

As you can see the conflict is in the RED and YELLOW.

When in the BLACK color theme a solution might be to display the Bol Bands in WHITE and the BBMA in GREEN (or something similar).
