Juli, I have been tracking NASDAQ stocks with reverse splits to bring them back into compliance with a small-cap requirement of a $1.00 share price and all of them so far has increased in value or held their own. It depends on management. Once a deal is made with Nanopierce and a major pcb manufacturing entity and Sigma starts reporting a quarter or so of revenues we will have a viable company.
Let me tell you the companies that reverse split and drift back to pre-split priced. They almost invariably sell sell millions of dollars of stock options, usually with off-shore lenders that have the option of converting millions of shares at any time they wish. This is generally always the case when this happens.
Paul now has an option of financing through Sigma or Nanopierce stock with reputable lending institutuions.
I believe Paul is now master of his ship and has the knowhow and deeply qualified personell to keep this INCE ship afloat.
Regards,
Jim
