Larry - Re: Joe Granville. I remember his market call well. He actually issued a SELL signal to subscribers of his newsletter, and that, I believe, was credited with actually STARTING the big sell off. Joe has been predicting crashes ever since, except for 1987. Otherwise, he would have been milking that one for all it's worth (I'm sure he would have claimed to be the second coming of the Messiah if he had "nailed" that one!) Anyhow, Joe Granville is widely recognized as MISSING the 1982 - present BULL market (1987 dip and other dips excluded), always warning about the sky falling. I've seen him many times on CNBC and Ron Insana always gives him a hard time. He is usually very argumentative and defensive. However, I saw him a few weeks ago and he was quite calm and reasonable. I believe he has suffered a recent medical problem (heart attack?) Paul
