Although the deal looks great, those dot com websites are way out of favor... even though the profits might come in at NYXY... Was looking over at former FEMPSter favorite VTCO with its similar merger with BuyItNow from just last month- with the intent of becoming profitable... and now VTCO is in a DEATH SPIRAL at .17, despite $40 mil sales at NetDirect...
