Eric: I'm well south of Portland and right on the ocean so we escaped the recent snow and ice of that area. Hope all is well over in your neck of the woods. Regarding the debentures. I have had no response whatsoever to my e-mail request to the company for clarification of the debenture issue. I would have thought after the letter they had their attorney send to me that they would have responded --- but, I guess that I'm now officially a non-person. Interesting since I am a shareholder and am entitled to information just like all other shareholders. Offie
