UTICA, N.Y., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Trim-A-Lawn Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: TLWN) today announced that it has entered into
negotiations for the securing of $3 million with a private investment fund.
"This is the necessary link that we have been working on for some time,"
said Trim-A-Lawn President, Dallas Jones. "This financing should allow the
company to operate much more efficiently than it has previously. In light of
our recent orders, these negotiations are very timely."
