Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm in Santa Rosa, CA. where I 've come for medical tx. (About 125 miles South of Wharfie). Even though I hope the ACA is ruled legal I admire the legal thinking that went into the law suit. Both sides unfortunately do not feel any complusion not to play the legal game. A reflection of our times--sad to say. Let's see what happens.
