I want everyone to know I didn't pay you to say I was not optimistic enough on LPAC!

This move tells me their cash flow is strong enough to service the remaining debt (which they have due to upgrading their digital equipment a few years ago), and they are heeding the calls to add to shareholder value by cutting down the OS shares and raising the likely EPS for 2001.

Low liquidity is fine for my position as long as they continue to execute - I will contribute my chunk of shares to willing buyers at much higher prices gladly. Remember that the DCFC outfit tried to buy LPAC for $4 last fall; this ends that not so friendly courtship and puts LPAC more in control of their future. DCFC can't hold those shares over LPAC's head in the market.
