NAFTA - vehicles- rumour has it that the % of north American parts may be adjusted to reflect wages. Parts made in factories where wages are 15 bucks or better. This would be Canada and the USA - Mexico wages are 3 bucks an hour on average. Not sure how that will work but it is being considered.
I am sure there are things wrong with this and there are bugs to be worked out but it beats the Cars must be 85% USA or 85% North America rule, almost sounds creative, at least on the surface.
