Stephen, I have 2 stocks rated as strong buys ( PACC and GEOI ). PACC is my largest position in the DC Express. I believe we will make another big move UP within the next 2 weeks. My target of $25 may be reached sooner than anticipated. The best part about this rise is that it has taken place without an analyst recommendation from a major firm. Once we receive the first BUY Rec ( which I think we will soon ), I would expect a very big move Up and then a stock split. PACC's Management is doing alot of things right for this company. More good news is coming. DC
