Gary,

I hadn't heard that he sold his Strat bonds or even that Ichan
was involved. Looks like the president was the one buying
the 40,000 shares on oct 28 right after the black and blue monday.
Probably a good buy, but not much other significance because of
the date, except a show of confidence.
