Bill, the LS120 is indeed listed as being among their lower capacity storage products according to Imation's investor relations. They (Imation) and analysts had projected at least 1 to 2 million LS120 drives being sold by this point, but less than 1/3 have actually achieved sell through. In fact, Imation investor relations told me that they had thought possible selling up to 12 million LS120s for this year because of the Compaq connection. They are only 11.5 million drives behind with six months left.

What I find disconcerting about Imation's investor relations is that they've been very willing to "talk down" the Iomega Zip drive in public. If they were doing it with me, just another professional on the telephone, they've been doing it with everyone, thus the quotes on the Forbes article (I'm talking about comments like the "Zip will be relegated to just another peripheral with a mousy cord running behind it" - mousy cord?). Iomega, on the other hand, has been circumspect in their comments. Although the latter may not sell more drives, it does speak well of the organization. If Iomega approaches their entire business model in this matter, then Iomega will win this game.
