It is attractive because it has a P/S below on and a low P/E. Most of the revenues still come from military contracts (about 60 percent). Most of the fiber optics, MEMS and broadband initiative are new and a probably only a small portion of revenues at this point. I have some questions about the earnings they reported last Q. The spinoff from ATI makes it hard to figure out if the earnings will be consistent. It has a huge amount of inherited debt for a small company with a low float too.
