Rick, Sorry to hear you've taken such a beating at the hands of PRLN. No, I have not heard anything about Travelers. I'm hoping Ron can find out something definite for us and post it to this group since he's a market professional. I e-mailed PRLN today to ask about a share holders meeting. I told them that share holders were beginning to grumble and threaten legal action if one wasn't announced soon. I'll let you know if they respond but I doubt they will. They seem to be taking the 5th these days. Hank
