Mark b, the "unnamed money manger" is Rick Berry who switched firms earlier this year from Murphy Marsailles. Rick Berry told his short followers (as he trades the sell side of the market) in late 1995 to short Iomega when it was trading at $5 to $7. He now states that Iomega should be trading at $10. Well, he's still 30% off from his original shorting advice. Why don't they print this? Rick Berry stated in late 1995 that the Zip would never take off - that it was going to be just another hobby.
