importing a .csv address book file

I couldn't find a way to import any address book into hotmail without using OE to read it. If installing OE is not an option you could do it a clunky way. Write a message to tell all your contacts what you're doing and send the message to everyone in your address book as well as to your new hotmail account. When you read the message click the save addresses button and you should be good to go (assuming there is no limit on the number of addresses you can have in your address book).
