Yes, the problem I see with the model is that it does not include expenses. The settlement to keep the State Attorney's Generals at bay cost a good deal all by itself.
There is some excellent questioning and analysis on just how many members AOL has. I have been influenced by the Stocktalk. From former strong bear on AOL to more mildly bearish. I suspect that the access problems are slowly being repaired. I find a $50.00/share to be a fair valuation. Standard and Poors is better at valuation than I and they rate AOL low or overvalued by a good bit.
