VICL: I agree it has good potential as long hold. ISIP: Started a nice up-move around 12.30PM on Jan.10 with slight rest on Friday, but the upward trend accelerated today with expanding volume. It closed today above the Dec. H. It closed at the H for the day, which was also Nov.27 H (11 3/4). The next hurdle is the Nov,17 H at 12 5/8. On the weekly chart it seems that if it can close above the Jul. H at 15 3/4 it doesn't have any significant resistance up to the 20 level. I have not seen any news on it since last November. The Money Flow has also turned positive in the last two days,(It had been negative since Nov.20)so something may be cooking. Bernard
