If you are referring to the Dollar Index in Worden Charts. Watch out, because I think you are misintepreting what you see. TSV, BOP and Money Stream, as I understand it are designed to measure underlying accumulation. However volume is a component of the calculation. The dollar index, like most of the indexes he uses, such as HUI, CRB, etc do not have a volume component. If you have doubt as to whether a particular index has volume associated with it, just display volume bars on the chart and you will see that the bars are all of equal length. This tells you that there is no recorded volume in that index. Obviously if there is no volume the calculations for TSV, BOP and Money Stream are of no value. That is one reason that I use Worden's gold index which does have volume associated with it as one of the important indicators when I am working with gold.
