I agree. I ask myself if I was Charlie would I be acting the same way. On one hand I understand his greed; he will never know any of us. On the hand to continue to dilute the the stock by dropping .07 a share stock on the market like a bomb is pretty low. He just looks like and old guy that's playing his end game. "Hurray for me and F*ck you."

We will be lucky if LU buys PAIR for 12-14 in stock and then we just get old with LU. In spite of its multiple at least its going to be around and grow.

There was a time that I thought a share buy back would be helpful but it was pointed out to me by an earlier post that the cash makes a better acquisition carrot. What good is a buy back when an equal amount of shares could be dumped by management.
